Books bought on Amazon are covered by Amazon's own returns & refunds policy — request refunds through your Amazon account, not here.

Direct digital purchases

For files bought directly from this site: if a file is faulty or won't download, email us within 14 days and we'll fix it or refund you. Because digital goods are delivered instantly, by completing checkout you agree the download begins immediately and acknowledge the statutory withdrawal right ends once delivery has started. Genuine "didn't get what was described" requests within 14 days are honoured.
