Who we are

This site (compoundingmomentum.com) is run by David Shelley to share the book Compounding Momentum and its companion workbook. Contact: hello@compoundingmomentum.com.

What we collect

• Email & first name — only if you submit the signup form, to send your free Chapter 1 and the newsletter.
• Purchase data — if you buy direct, our payment processor handles your card details; we never see or store them. Book purchases on Amazon are governed by Amazon's own privacy policy.
• Anonymous, cookieless analytics — aggregate visit counts only. No tracking cookies, no cross-site profiling.

Who processes your data

• Buttondown — email list & delivery.
• Cloudflare — hosting, security, and cookieless analytics.
• Stripe / our merchant of record — only for direct purchases (payment + tax).
• Amazon — when you buy via a retailer link.

Your rights

You can unsubscribe from any email in one click. To access, correct, or delete the data we hold, email us and we'll action it. We keep email data only while you're subscribed.

Legal basis

Consent (for email, via double opt-in) and contract (for purchases). We do not sell your data.
